Unless specifically excluded in your policy, most direct, abrupt and accidental physical losses to your mobile home are covered.

If you’re found legally responsible for an accident that causes injury or property damage to someone who doesn’t live in your mobile home, liability coverage will cover costs like medical bills, lost wages, pain and suffering, and property damage.
Agreed Loss Settlement
If your manufactured or mobile home is destroyed by an insured loss, you will receive the full amount of insurance for your home minus the applicable deductible without hassle.
Optional Replacement Cost
The option to purchase replacement costs coverage for your mobile home will provide a settlement that reflects the cost to replace the damaged items with new property of comparable material and quality, without any deduction for depreciation. In some states, an extended replacement cost percentage of the dwelling may be available.
