What is Stillwater Replacement Cost?
Stillwater Insurance offers Extended Replacement Cost coverage; subject to the coinsurance clause on the policy, it pays the full cost of reconstructing the dwelling up to an additional percentage above and beyond the Dwelling Coverage Limit (25% & 50% available)
Replacement Cost – Contents is offered on all Homeowners Form policies; this provides for the full replacement of covered personal belongings without depreciation at current values.
Flexibility to Individual Insurance Needs:
Stillwater Insurance policies allow you to add customized coverage to meet your unique needs. High value items such as jewelry, art, silverware etc… may be added by endorsement.
Personal Injury coverage may be added to the Liability Section of the Homeowners Policy for a small premium; also, Identity Theft coverage is available by endorsement.
For families requiring higher than $500,000 Personal Liability; Stillwater Insurance provides a Personal Umbrella Policy up to a maximum limit of $5 Million subject to underwriting and underlying policy requirements.
Earthquake & Flood Insurance Available
Homeowners Insurance does not cover the perils of Earthquake and Flood; a loss to your home from either one of these perils could be devastating.
