Home Insurance premium has been revised for all New Business and Renewals.
The revisions include the following:
- Revisions vary by territory
6% Discount has been introduced for Homeowners Insurance Forms HO-3 and HO-5 based on the marital status of the insured - Loss Assessment coverage has been revised
- Refrigerated Property Coverage is being eliminated
- Utilities Rating Plan Discounts have been revised; offering lower rates for homes newer than 15 years and slightly higher factors for homes older than 39 years
